Hendon in North London was where the Royal Air Force came into being, and has an association with aviation even before that.

Fast-forward into the 21st Century and the RAF museum now sits proudly beside Beaufort Park, a 25 acre residential development on land which was formerly the Aerodrome site itself. Named after one of the wartime planes, The Beaufort is a brand new Pub and Dining concept from Young's.
